7. H1, H2, H3 containing your keyword is simply Heading 1 (H1), Heading 2 (H2) and Heading 3 (H3). Where possible add your keyword to these headings. Heading 1 should always be the heading of your article. Heading 2 will be throughout your post being the middle and heading 3 to be the last sentence of your post. Don't over complicate this.... if it does look right or work then concentrate on making your post readable. You don't want your reader to loose focus.

8. Bold your keywords within the article ensures it stands out against the crowd.

9. Keywords being italised simplifies it has slightly more importance than other text within your blog.

10. Keywords that are underlined are given a second look and taken into account by web crawlers meaning search engines will give more emphasis on these words.

11. Keyword density of 1-3% throughout your post and please no more as this will do more damage than good. Easy way to look at it is to write say about 500 words and put in at least 5 keywords. One keyword per 100 words or so. Understand on how the keywords in blogs works and you will have a better result using them.
