• off page SEO basics

On page SEO is topics of interest, you will want to blog about current events or hot topics which will rank you higher, as your viewer are searching for these results. Or would you rather post articles about topics that viewers aren't interested in reading.
Remember google will rank you higher if you have comments on your post, people sharing and liking what your blogging about.
These factors are all relative when writing a blog as you will want you viewer to be interested in what your writing about. Factors to consider when looking for on page SEO.

• Interesting topics that are ranking in search engines
• Google keywords
• Utilise heading in your posts (H1, H2 & H3)
• Images with the title & alt text headers as you keyword
• Bold, italic and underline your keywords
• Keywords to be 1-3% throughout you post
• 500-700 words in your posts
• Internal linking throughout your posts & include keyword as title

This goes more into the above basics, and to why it works....and more....really valuable if you want to rank higher....remember it's all about knowing the fundamentals of why it works and understanding this.
